Sherry Palayoor

Mrs. Palayoor was born and raised in India. She earned a Bachelor’s in Education from Mahatma Gandhi University, India, and a Master’s in Physics from Calicut University, India. She earned her Texas Educator certification in math and science (grades 4-8) and has many years of experience in teaching math and physics to students of different backgrounds.

As a teacher, Mrs. Palayoor strives to create a classroom full of active learning and joy, resulting in a positive learning environment. She feels blessed and excited to be a member of the Guthrie family.

Her family includes her husband, Vinod Davis, and two wonderful daughters, Tessa and Teena. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, shopping, and spending time with her family.
